WiSTEM Magazine involves a variety of articles related to gender equality and inclusivity. We aim to produce this magazine until the 2021 Giant Jamboree and share it with the wider community.
Project
The magazine, titled The Equality Pursuit, will consist of interview transcripts, articles, various forms of artistic expression such as short comics, photos, and more. We will also work with the Open Science and Accessibility Network for translations to make the magazine available to as many countries as possible. Our objective is to reach a wide audience through engaging and empowering content featuring inspirational stories and opportunities for promoting gender inclusivity in STEM around the world.
We are looking for various forms of creative expression to highlight the importance of gender inclusivity and diversity in STEM through amplifying the voices of women and minority groups (e.g. visual art, photographs, poetry, short comics with three-four panels, etc.).
