Vaccine DataDump

The project has created a vaccination related data repository and analysis tool within JOGL for quick analysis of vaccine related issues.

Quick intro

Answering the call for a lack in data for vaccinations, we used our project to create a data dump of all that is known on vaccines from databanks concerning vaccine data or other related data.

Papers can be found with a quick search on google scholar but here is a recent review

Our projects primary objective is to collect vaccine datasources into one place, but we also made a tool to visualise this data and analyse the tendencies.

Our Data

We looked at.. google searchable options such as

and more

but also more that require knowledge of datasources: Vaccination data across countries Health meta data across countries Immunization data across countries Corruption data across countries Kaggle Datasets on vaccination and social media World war and peace data across countries Hackathons paper outcomes All world WHO data available for download! a lot. Vaccination data by who across countries. Harvard Dataverse Harvard viral Dataverse results

FTP for all published world health. and clinical trials data NCBI- California Vaccine data mapped data

VIOLIN- A vaccine investigation network and database and data repository:

After collecting all the data, we uploaded them to our project within JOGL for future people to use or hyperlinked them here for further use.

Another data collection project like ours with links like this, but with more focus on data harmonisation can be found here

Our Tool

Our team also coded a tool that can measure and correlate values on world databank sources for visualisation of all aspects of vaccination and world affairs. Contact the team or read the pdf for core on how the tool is used for each dataset

Example Hypothesis

Correlation of corruption and vaccination, and GDP and vaccination.

We found a correlation between the Immunization for children and GDP per capita with a correlation coefficient of 0.33 and a p value of less then 0.05.

Maps like that below can be made using a google search of heat maps, or on sites such as the massive WHO repository.

Join us!

Our team is appealing for more data, please join our team and add to the repository to help collect vaccination relevant datasets! We will accept your application immediately. Contact @Laurie to be added as a full member to the project.
